Het is snel, gemakkelijk, en perfect om rond te snuffelen als je nog niet zeker weet wat je wilt. Google Shopping is een dienst die wordt aangeboden door Google (makes sence). Het stelt klanten in staat om producten te zoeken, te bekijken en te vergelijken. De lijst met producten verschijnt als u een zoekopdracht voor producten hebt ingevoerd. Maar deze zal alleen betaalde advertenties weergeven.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u op het tabblad &#8216;Shop&#8217; aanklikt (net zoals u op Google naar afbeeldingen zou zoeken), krijg je wel een lijst van alle producten. Deze weergave kan gefilterd worden in Google zelf, maar door op een product te klikken wordt u daadwerkelijk doorgestuurd naar de webshop. Het is een perfecte manier om meer zichtbaarheid voor uw producten en merk te genereren!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gelukkig kan je ook gratis je producten plaatsen op de Google shop! Als al je producten in Shopify staan, is het enige wat je nog nodig hebt een Google Adwords en Google Merchant Center account &#8211; gratis aan te maken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/old-2023.weichie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/google-shopping-example-1024x636.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4143\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe Shopify producten toevoegen aan Google Shopping?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als je eenmaal een gratis account hebt aangemaakt bij <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/intl\/nl_nl\/retail\/solutions\/merchant-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google Merchants Centre<\/a>, kun je al je producten daar handmatig invoeren. Dit kan een beetje tijdrovend zijn, zeker als je veel producten hebt. Een makkelijkere manier om dit te doen is door Google toe te voegen als een extra verkoopkanaal op je Shopify website. Je kunt een verkoopkanaal toevoegen door de Google Channel app te installeren vanuit de <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.shopify.com\/google\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shopify app store<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nadat je de Google Channel app hebt ge\u00efnstalleerd, kan je naar het Google tabblad navigeren onder Sales Channels in uw Shopify winkel en verder gaan naar het tabblad Product Listing. Er zijn 3 product statussen: Approved, Pending en Not approved. In dit tabblad vindt u een link in de rechterbovenhoek met de tekst &#8216;Beschikbaarheid beheren&#8217;. Hier kan je alle producten selecteren die je graag wilt toevoegen aan Google Shopping en de app zal uw Shopify-producten automatisch synchroniseren met de Google-winkel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/old-2023.weichie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/shopify-google-store-sync-1024x447.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4148\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit is een voorbeeld van het Google Shopping sales channel. Maar dezelfde methode werkt ook voor eBay, Etsy, Pinterest, Zalando, \u2026 listings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Google Analytics met Shopify<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why would you need Google Analytics on your Shopify store while Shopify has a built-in analytics tool? Well&#8230; the Shopify analytics themselves are very basic and are focused more on your products &amp; conversion. What were the best-sellers, how many products of each type did you sell, average order value, abandoned checkouts, &#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adding Google Analytics will give you a better understanding of the user journey on your webshop. How did they found your store on Google? What pages did they visit and in what order? In short, Google analytics is more detailed and it&#8217;s easier to export data reports from there. Don&#8217;t forget to enable the <strong>enhanced e-commerce tracking<\/strong> in your Google Analytics dashboard to also view your store performances through Google Analytics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/old-2023.weichie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/google-enhanced-ecommerce-analytics-1024x414.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4150\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besides that Google Analytics is a very useful and actually must-have analytics tool on your website, you are also required to add the Analytics tracker on your website when you&#8217;re using different Google tools. For example, Google shopping or Google Tag Manager.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you get the hang of Google Analytics I would also recommend looking into Conversion Goals and Google Analytics custom events. This will supercharge the insights on your store even more and you can really start optimizing your store for conversions and your marketing funnels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Google Tag Manager with Shopify<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The benefit of using the Google tools is that you can use the same account for all different software tools. Google Tag Manager is another useful tool from Google that you should add to your website. The Tag manager will probably be used by your marketing team but you can quickly set up the basics yourself for tracking custom events like the amount a product manual got downloaded for example.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you only have a few things you want to track you can add the snippets manually in your Shopify theme files. But when your store grows or is already full-grown you will need an advanced external tag management system. This makes it easier to add more tracking events and saves you a lot of trouble when you want to update and maintain your current trackers. This is exactly what Google Tag Manager is.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The idea behind Tag Manager is that you have one central code snippet in your theme files and all the other tags like your Facebook pixel, Pinterest shop or analytics custom events can now be managed through your Google Tag Manager dashboard. It helps you to manage all your tracking snippets in a clear user interface, so you don&#8217;t need to dive into your Shopify theme code all the time when making changes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Google Ads with Shopify<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">eCommerce and advertising is a match made in heaven. The online store business is very competitive and chances are very high your competitors are advertising their products online. The main goal here is the same for everyone: <strong>whenever you spend money on advertising, you want the viewer of your ads to perform a certain action.<\/strong> The only way you see if you&#8217;re spending your marketing budget effectively is to track the user while he&#8217;s seeing your ad, and when he\/she is browsing your website after clicking on your ad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To do this you need some sort of tracking system in place before you start running ads on any platform (for Facebook ads you need Facebook Pixel, for Pinterest you need the Pinterest Pixel\/Tag helper).
